Wow-epic fail

A British council setup an expensive spy camera, estimated at between £7,000-£10,000, to catch people illegally dumping garbage. Beyond the 1984 meets Alice's Restaurant nature, there was a minor problem.
They disguised the camera as a bag of trash. It was so well disguised, the local trashworkers (who weren't tipped off that the sting operation was in process) disposed of it! :P
Epic (and expensive) fail.
