Whew!
I put in 30 minutes of cardio today instead of the 40-45 I've been trying to do for the past week, but in those 30 minutes on the elliptical, I did two sets of 14 minute miles (followed by a 2 minute cooldown period). I know that a 14 minute mile on the elliptical is not comparable to a real run on a track or treadmill, but hey, last week when I started my exercise routine, I was working hard for an 18 minute elliptical mile. I'm pretty happy with shaving 4 minutes off in a week's work!
