8:47a	Weekly weigh-in: Another pound bites the dust! I'm down to 231.2 with a BF% of 31.8. I was hoping for a little more, but any movement downwards is a good thing, and it looks very pretty on the graph of where I started in May through now. Current Mood: satisfied (2 Comments | Comment on this)
