I'm actually applauding Geraldo as he defends the Constitution-that doesn't happen very often! :P
(And for the stupid conservatives who are trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court's decision because it was 5-4, Miranda was also a 5-4 decision. For that matter, so was Bush v. Gore.
